The carpet will not be wet when the job is completed, but it will be damp. It  can take up to 24hrs to fully dry, depending on the air flow in the room. You may walk on the carpet if needed, but please make sure your shoes are clean.

While vacuuming is not required before cleaning, it is strongly recommended. Vacuuming helps improve the cleaning results and is safer for the carpet-cleaning machine. If the technician needs to vacuum upon arival, an additional fee may apply

Unless you have specific reasons to move the furniture, we recommend not moving heavy items. Moisture can become trapped under furniture supports, which may lead to mold or carpet damage.
